Sky and Axel have been trekking, climbing, cycling, sailing and scuba diving around the world for over 30 years. Some of their adventures included; cycling across Australia from Sydney to Perth, cycling through Spain and Portugal, trekking through Yugoslavia, Croatia, Italy and Germany, climbing in Argentina, Chile, Ecuador and Canada. Sailing and scuba diving in the Caribbean, the Galapagos Islands, Hawaii, Australia, Fiji, Costa Rica and Canada. Sky and Axel thrive on adventure and connecting with people from different cultures to share life’s experiences.

Sky has over 28 years of experience in the Health & Fitness Industry as an international lecturer, educator, fitness instructor, personal trainer & dancer. Sky trains amateur and world class athletes, dancers, seniors, and beginner to advanced fitness enthusiasts. Sky has written two books; “Strong To The Core” and “Safe & Effective Stretching Techniques”. In addition, Sky also writes Health & Fitness related articles for numerous publications. Her areas of expertise include, posture & alignment, back care, injury prevention & rehabilitation, sport specific training, core, strength and flexibility training.

Axel is a passionate rock climber and mountaineer. Philosophy, politics, mathematics and astronomy are just a few of the subjects Axel studied at university. In addition, Axel enjoys playing classical guitar, skydiving and flying. He is currently putting in hours towards his pilot license. Sky and Axel met while performing in a German play for the multicultural theatre in Vancouver, B.C. Axel also performed native legends with the Nakai players, throughout the Yukon in Canada.
